หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
• Create and execute a strategic sales plan to build a robust PMS pipeline and establish company product as the leading PMS provider,
• Accountable for the end-to-end sales process for the Property Management System to Thailand customer base
• Establish a combination of short and medium range strategies to develop the PMS business plan with the primary objective of generating new sales,
• Close sales, meeting profitability and growth objectives,
• Represent company product to the customer,
• Align with Product Management to ensure customer requirements and market problems are addressed via the PMS roadmap,
• Reviewing contracts, addendum, and other non-sales material and facilitating appropriate action,
• Quote and negotiate pricing options and explains contractual obligations to potential customers.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
• Bachelor's degree in related field,
• Minimum 3 years of related work experience in hospitality software sales,
• Demonstrated ability to proficiently manage the sales cycle from prospect to deal close
• Robust understanding of hospitality operations at the hotel, brand and chain level,
• Robust record of continuously exceeding sales plans,
• Strong executive presence and demonstrated relationship management expertise,
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up
• Ability to travel around Thailand in pursuit of sales objectives,
• Have own car and driving license.
