Responsibilities
- Orchestrating and accountable for the execution of the company’s overall operation including sales & marketing, content development, media production, project management, and other operations, according to strategic plans and business objectives
- Building, coaching, motivating and developing a proficient team and organization to effectively perform each operation,
- Procure, develop and deploy a reliable performance measuring scheme as well as a system or tool to validly track the performance of each function,
- Correct any operation shortfalls as well as continuously enhance existing operation to support the company’s direction and growth.
Qualification
Qualifications:
- Thai Nationality
- Bachelor degree or higher in Business Administration, Mass Communications or related fields.
- At least 10 years working experience with at least 5 years in a management position.
- Good command of English
- Strong leadership and people Management skill
- Result-oriented with excellent analytical & problem solving skills
